ATC Gold for is for ages 5-14. This class is the elite level class for youth. We train year round work on the advanced basic fundamentals of wresting in all positions from takedowns and defense to top and bottom. If you can work hard have fun pay attention learn and follow directions this is the class for you! We wrestle at local regional and national tournaments year round!!
